This form should only be completed by established ministries at the National Church of God. Non-ministry requests will be dismissed.

All requests will go through an official approval process. If this event has not been previously submitted to the church administrator for approval, it may take additional time to process your request.

Please submit no later than Tuesdays @12:00 PM (noon) and at least 3-4 weeks prior to the event date. All announcements should include graphics/fliers (1920x1080 landscape for the video announcements and 1:1 square for social media posts).
